You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post misleading, offensive, or illegal content; create fake accounts or impersonate others; use the Platform for any commercial purposes without prior written consent; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Luminary a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Responses

Some responses on the Platform may be generated by artificial intelligence. These responses are for entertainment purposes and should not be considered personal advice. Luminary is not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Luminary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
