Refund Policy

Credit Purchases

All credit purchases on Luminary are considered final. Credits are a digital product consumed upon use (sending messages, liking profiles, etc.) and generally cannot be refunded once purchased.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.

Unauthorized transaction: If a purchase was made without your authorization (e.g., fraudulent use of your payment method).

Service unavailability: If credits were purchased but the Platform was unavailable for an extended period, preventing you from using them.

Technical error: If credits were not delivered to your account due to a Platform error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for: credits that have already been used; dissatisfaction with conversations or profile responses; account suspension or ban due to Terms of Service violations; change of mind after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase through our Support page. Include your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
